• End to end management of a tender and implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Patient Administration System (PAS) into the UK’s largest private Hospital Group
• Renegotiation of Patient Archiving and Communications System (PACS) and Radiology Imaging System (RIS) into a UK Hospital Group
• Tendering and implementation of a blood tracking and management system into a UK Hospital Group
• Commercial and legal advice provided to an Australian Hospital group as they negotiated with vendors bidding to implement a new ERP and Human Capital Management System.
